DeVries isn’t a plus defender. Goode if he returns is a negative defender. People think Enright is a good defender, I disagree at the level of the B1G. He hustles. He flops. He gives energy but idk. Just not the lock down guy you want at point.

Hoping he’s a bench guy we get a dawg to play point somewhere, somehow.

West Virginia was 14th in defensive efficiency last year and the truth is once Tucker went down they were one of the least talented teams in the big 12.  Big picture, DD built a top 20 defense from a team that had very mediocre P5 talent.  If he has a guy that played with him for two years and feels he fits, I’m in.
