BTW, you cannot catch the ball, take a step and shoot in half a second. 

It's not physically possible. 

NCAA (or what's left of it) should say when there's less than a second on the clock, anything other than a tip doesn't count.

His FT% has gotten worse every year as his attempts have gone up.
