Likely will be very ugly at the game on Sunday if he doesn't whereas it could be a lovefest if he did.  I'm expecting that when Woodson takes the mic on senior day there is going to be a lot of booing.  Hate that our seniors would be put in that position.

The laundry list of Woody transgressions from the Basketball & War handle on X is alarming on a many fronts, but a couple stand out: 

1). That, if true, it happens in the first place

2). That he's left that kind of impression in less than 3 years back on campus. Sheesh -- talked about scorched earth!

I haven't interpreted any of those reports as "literally no contact" but more a lack of simple interaction direct from Woody. Something like a text after he had a big game, or just a text seeing how school was going. Little things that mean a lot to people on a personal level. Things that Bill Self was probably doing the entire time.

That was supposed to be Caleb Love who was actually on campus and Woody didnt know who he was. He told Knecht to not visit until after his surgery, Knecht visited Tennessee, and then committed to Tennessee without visiting. From my understanding of it.

I love happy endings. But sadly we arent in a book or a movie. Thats where happy endings happen.

Woodson needs that family member to slap him across the head and tell him to retire before his stupidity tarnishes his legacy.  As a Hispanic I naturally have everyone in my family doing that to me.

I know everybody is upset about losing LM, but I think Woodson is probably relieved.  I don't think he wants to rely on any freshmen getting significant playing time ever again. 

Going forward I'll bet he's going to focus on using the portal to get proven upperclassmen.  Wouldn't surprise me if he does this exclusively and abandons the traditional recruiting approach.

Here is the problem I believe. It's a potential strategy in this day with the portal but imo it will never work. You need to bring in kids as freshman who develop and play together. You use the portal to get pieces you need to complete what your building and what your team needs. The main reason the portal will not work is the best players don't enter the portal. The best ones go pro. The next level down are really talented players but alot of them are already on a good team and stay put. The good ones who aren't happy who enter the portal will be sought after as the pieces alot of good teams are after. So we with our laughing stock program will have to beat out kansas and dukes of the world to get them. Probably not happening. The rest of the kids are probably alot like x. Talented players but have a bit of baggage with them which is a risk. If Woodson proves me wrong and adds a bunch of talented kids in the portal he then has to be able to get them to connect and play as a team. Something I have zero faith in him doing since he used that excuse 3 quarter way through this season. Welcome to the board. Sorry for the long reply

Probably a bit (a lot) of both... I really don't understand it, either... how freaking hard is it to just be nice to people? In my mind that speaks 100% to his character...
