Woodson didn't seem to be coaching nearly as hard as he was against Ohio State...

Old habits are hard to break.  We all knew he would go back to his old self, same for the players.

Will this make Woodson 0-Fer in his career against NW?

Yes and that alone should be a fireable offense but long live the king.

What a night, I’ve been busy with my own basketball stuff. Great WIN for the tank train tonight folks! We are back to normal speeds with our destination getting clearer by the day!

FIRE MIKE WOODSON!

....this Sunday could be brutal for Woodson. The fans are seething and at an uprest over this year. The fans are getting louder and more vocal with each loss/poor performance.

Pretty certain Fornelli is just making fun of IU fans for having Stevens as their white whale.

Fornelli probably didn’t realize his dad went to IU.

That's because of Woodson. Not the assistants. The assistants have put them in a good spot to land guys and the "closer" Mike Woodson has screwed it up.

....because he thinks if Coach Knight did it this way, he should be able too. "...besides, he coached me!" lol

I will be shocked if we don't hear something soon. We are getting clowned on road games on TV with the fire hire extend woodson stuff. I am sure the turds at wacky have taken notice and next Friday may be a very sad day for iu if something isn't done. That's if this Sunday isn't a disaster. What a mess they put us in.
Fire everyone involved!

The irony being most people attributed Knight’s late 90s swoon on spending too much time hunting and fishing and delegating recruiting to assistants.

....my point exactly. Early on, in the 70's and 80's, Coach Knight didn't really have to go out and pound the recruiting trail all the time. Kids just wanted to play for him.

I’ll be shocked if we do. Going 1-1 on a B1G road swing is pretty par for the course. In a week where Painter lost at home to OSU and May lost to Minny, I’m sure Woodys supporters are convinced and selling the idea that we are back on track.

It’ll take a bad loss to Maryland to get people fired back up again. Either way, IU isn’t the type of place to make a bold midseason move. When they moved on Davis it had already been about two seasons of the rank and file being fed up with him. And he still coached the rest of the season.

Coach Woodson is in not a good but a great spot.  Makes great money and besides the psychology (mainly hurt pride) of it all he can move on however that happens…and if he has taken care of his finances at all better than he coaches he is setup well financially….and will have opportunities that most people only could dream about.  (NBA, colleges on a smaller level, high schools etc).

Without a doubt the most interesting thing about that game (in the first half anyway) will be how short of a leash the crowd has with Woody / the team before they start with the groans, boos, etc. I think the groans will continue happening pretty early when there is sloppy or bad play... Boos for lack of effort... They probably need to be down 20+ before they start chanting to fire Woody though if I had to bet

I think the fire chants should start during introductions.
