My guess is the school doesn't want anything official out until they can talk to the team.

I would be surprised.  I bet any forced retirement or whatever was agreed to still pays him out his contract.  I’d love to be wrong, but it would be too good to be true and Woody is all about the $.

Yeah I know he will get at least a good portion of the money.  But if he came in today and said, F off, I quit, he likely cost himself a few bucks.
