I'm not convinced that Woodson won't be let go mid season if this team continues to torpedo like this in front of a booing home crowd. The optics are far worse if this continues and he lasts the entire season

I think he gets retired a la Jim Laranaga if this trend continues, not sure how many it will take, but you can't have this environment at home for 2 entire months. The gamble is blowing up in their faces, everyone needs to agree on when it's time to cut losses and save face.

Not only do I ******* hate Mike Woodson, I ******* hate everybody who insisted on 4 years with Archie and 4 years with Woody.  You ******* morons need to jump off a ******* cliff.  Leave sports for people who aren't as ******* stupid as you.

What on God's green Earth will Woodson say to the media after the game? Or does he not do that anymore either?

Yeah, he'll probably send Armond in there with his blankie.

Imo this is it. You don't recover from this. No call for this performance either imo. It's as bad as it looks!

This one might be the difference in the end of season separation already coming, and a mid-season firing.

He should be gone.
This is an absolute effing embarrassment.

He understood what being the head coach of IU basketball entailed... and had the motor to do it...

Crean has been responding to IU fans a lot on X lately and reminiscing. He misses IU no doubt. Still don't think he's the guy but Crean with NIL combined with his development of players would be interesting.

I personally was not a Tom Crean fan but it was obvious how much he lived and breathed Indiana basketball.

Between his grace toward the program as time has passed (even though he was treated horribly in the end of his tenure) and the two heaping piles of donkey s**t that followed him, history will be very kind to Tom.

Seriously. I think that may be more clear to him tonight after the students finally said what's on everyone's mind.

Why put himself through an entire 2 months of this? He's used to people loving him... Maybe he will come to understand that what you've suggested is his best move at this point. The man must have some shame, I mean this is worse than I imagined....

I'd love to visit that mythical land where people loved him... he's a horrible and entitled human being who brings nothing but bluster to the game.

Over time my stance on Clappy McButtcut has softened a ton. He should always be positively revered in Indiana Basketball history.

Before NIL, sometimes a player revolt (I.e., going to administration saying that can't play for a coach) sometimes ended with the coach being seen the door.  With NIL, players aren't going to make any threats because they already have the golden goose.  But if there is a player revolt, that tells you how bad it really is.
