Speaking of look-alikes....never realized the striking resemblance TG has to Robert Smith9cdf58ef0dd0c93462309ed5e323bf16.jpg

My 6 year old has said all season that his favorite player is Miller Kopp, 23 games in I realized it was Trey Galloway

ALSO NOTABLE!

A truly amazing move - in the middle of the game, per this photo it appears that Miller Kopp snuck into the stands and is sitting three rows behind Flory Bidunga.

He has three brothers (all D1 athletes btw) and I'm pretty sure that's somehow not one of them.

That makes more sense than it actually being Kopp. IMO, Galloway is much more fun to watch than Kopp.

Hair comments/kidding aside, he's a blast to watch play. He's also improved significantly, imo, from just last season. His shooting is remarkably better, and he would get out of control baseline last season, I remember grimacing when he'd run wildly at the basket. He still gets a bit out of control with the energy he brings, and his dribble is too high for comfort, but man he brings it, and his floor savvy is close to point guard level. Yeah, fun to watch for sure.

Purdue red-shirt Willie Berg is a whiner.

He said that when IU rushed the court, someone student said to him "see you next year b!tch-boy." That hurt his feelings; he said he is sure that Purdue fans will be better mannered when IU comes to Mackey. For real - he actually said that he was sure that Purdue fans would be better mannered.

I can't stand the fake "good guy" complex from Purdue.  99% of the reason I detest them to the extent I do is a direct result of the petty, delusional, and at times pathetic behavior of their fan base especially as it pertains towards Indiana.  The only difference is they seem to get away with it and get a decent amount of praise while our fans get castigated by a Gregg Doyel nastygram article upon any action that wasn't deemed very nice.

Berg is Swedish.  I think he was mistaken....the IU fan said 'see you next year fish-boy'.

We always hear about how Painter recruits mentally tough players. That kid may be over 7 feet tall, but he sounds like a mental midget to me.

Yep. Edey is a unique player and person. I’ll be very happy when he moves along. If he doesn’t go pro next year can you imagine the NIL offers he will receive. Lol. Mayhem.
