That'd be 2 5* in the same freshman class.  When was the last time IU did that?

Per some recruiting services? Last year; JHS , and Malik was a borderline five star.

Two top ten recruits? Never very close to hitting that mark, and for 2024 it is possible.

2004 may have been the closest? DJ White was borderline top 10 and Josh Smith…of course Smith went straight to the NBA after high school.

I'm never upset when IU is the first school out of a recruit's mouth. Doesn't mean he'll choose IU but it shows they're on his mind and have a chance.
