Then CMW needs to give him the green light to shoot the first open shot, even if it’s a 3 point shot.  Quit shot faking and driving.  We aren’t a good shot faking team and the primary purpose on driving is to get to the free throw line and we haven’t been a good enough free throw shooting team the last two years and if the first exhibition game is any indication, we may not be good this year.  Now I am not saying we need to shoot 20-25 per game but at least shoot at least 15-20 times per game!

G:  6'1" Maximum Gizzi.  Scored 4 points in the opener.  Last year averaged 3.4 points and 2.2 assists in 16 minutes/game

Will also see time:

F 6'5" senior Josh Bryan.  Played two seasons at Ball State, appearing in 13 total games, scoring a total of 8 points.  Transferred to U Indy last year, playing in 20 games and averaging 1.8 points/game.  From Muncie.

To say our starters will have a serious height advantage would be a massive understatement.

Yep.  As an NAIA team, their height is so-so.  6'11" and 6'10", but after that not any size at all.  Etchison was a D1 kid and is likely their most talented, but he was just a back end MAC rotational player he's under 6 foot.  Bryan actually did play for them last year and averaged 9 points -- did begin his career at Ball State but think that was as a preferred walk on.
