He is the team's recruiting coordinator. Apparently he is very good at his job because he is a big reason they got gabe cupps and a lot of other recruits have talked very highly of him.

He's no longer the DOBO. He assists with general recruiting, ops, etc.

Agree but getting a couple to drop early will be critical, both from a confidence perspective and strategic game flow/adjustment perspective.
