This one is  huge and it's one I've been wondering about with him. If he's aware of his weaknesses he can hire complementary assistant coaches to cover those. Self awareness of strengths and weaknesses is a quality I think several of our recent coaches have lacked and it showed up in the product on the floor.

I predicted $21 million / 6 years. I was close.

This is fair. He makes more than Howard at Michigan and is still top four in the B1G. Plus, the buy-out will be pretty manageable in year 4 in comparison to Archie's contract, if it comes down that road. We don't know.

So, this is funny. After schlepping all these years for his buddy Alford to get the job and calling everyone an idiot for not agreeing with him, DD says that he just learned that Buckner has a HUGE problem with Alford. 

And then ... silence. So apparently Bucker's not an idiot for thinking the same thing that many, many IU fans did who are idiots? Okey doke.
