ole-what’s-eez-name is a good basketball coach in the grand scheme of things.

He’s also a very mediocre coach at a school that does not care about basketball.

His AD had his dismissal written up, printed, and ready to be handed to Brad until the team made a miraculous run last season. He is not, in any way shape or form, a candidate for the opening.

While I would support him and get behind the program, this would be extremely disappointing if it comes to fruition. Just pray his last couple years are the new norm.

It's pretty obvious it's going to him or mccollum. Both are disappointing to me but I'll give them a few years. I don't think anyone has the patience for a four year rebuild.

Who is sitting behind the ND bench? He has been to two games in the last two weeks but could only make one in the first 30 games.

Anyway, everything I have posted that I have heard today I could name 6 or 7 other people on here who have heard it too. I won't so they don't take the heat I do but they send me their rumors. Yes, it could be the echo chamber of IU but I know I don't have the same sources as RTZ and a few others.

So yes we could be wrong but there is a reason we think what we do. I owned it 4 years ago, just like I will again. I have even said I don't believe it fully myself.

Gonna have to get closer to my TV to figure this out. Assuming it’s Our Guy based on context clues, should we insinuate that maybe the powers that be are utilizing these locations for talks?

I will say after speaking with my buddy yesterday in college coaching circles both brownell and McCollum are both well respected and considered really good coaches. He said to quote:

Those are both good coaches and have had to grind out success. Indiana is not an elite job anymore. They are middle of the pack team. Need to get a coach that wants to come in a work.
