I know we have built McDermont up around here but I think we can all agree there’s a vast gulf of difference between him and Coach K? 
 

Also does anyone know a better word than “vast?“ I’m in desperate need of it.

Well Creighton has been a better program than IU for a pretty long time now. So if that happens it’s mainly a money motivated play by McDermott.

Greg Gard is an interesting option. Hadn't even though of him yet. But there's a lot to like, but also some concerns as well.

This is a reasonable train of thought, IU reaches out with interest to McDermott, Creighton doesn't put up much of a fight because they know they are going straight to Huss if McDermott leaves.

I hope your, Chris, yeagley, AP, etc. source(s) are right and mine is wrong. sincerely do. i remember getting my hopes way up thinking it was going to be Billy D based on what insiders shared here just for it be Archie the whole time. trying to provide what info i'm hearing and allow posters to believe whatever they want to from there. guess we will see whose sources had better info in the coming weeks, hope it's yours
