Do they have to ask Michigan for permission to talk to him, is May free to just meet and discuss job openings without informing anyone, or is there an unwritten code of ethics that schools normally follow? Just curious if there is a procedure.

Once we have done that, discuss some numbers, after that we better notify Michigan we are coming for their guy. Just how I'm guessing it works RoadRage, Iufan93 and 8bucks 2 1
