Yeah, I don't deny that.  But way too many coaches get full of themselves and are too stubborn to change and adapt.  They will force their "system."  See our current guy for Exhibit A.  :)  He's going to be able to attract much better talent at a school like IU.  You don't want to handcuff them in a D2 style system.

Yes, I prefer my coaches have slicked back hair and a leisure suit and if possible, a kerchief around the neck.
