The two guys I’ve wanted to coach Indiana has been Pearl and May. May said no thanks.  Pearl who knows, but like I said the other day. He is a for sure thing, not a gamble .

Wait there are people discussing realtors and house buying on Trilly discord and this is the first we’ve heard?! I would’ve imagined if that had some credence it would be spreading like wildfire. Maybe the Twitter brigade is just feeling extra cautious and doesn’t want to have egg on their face just in case we get left at the altar?

Just spent a few mins looking myself. I set the minimum value at $1mm and there are not many to choose from. The interesting part is that almost all of the available homes over $1mm all have different listing agents.

the coach might have an nda with the buyers agent but would likely need to buy the home in some sort of LLC or Trust of some kind to keep the buyer’s info private.

IF.  That's the problem.  If he still had the fire to coach College basketball, he would jump at the chance with IU.  So far, from all public accounts he has not.
