Should probably note as well, if you look up symbolism of a Jackal it doesn't exactly scream "trustworthy truth teller randomly coming and going to a free anonymous message board with good intentions". Interesting choice of a username for someone not trolling

 

If anyone wants us to believe them like Chris (who faces the music when wrong, gives actual reasoning/details for why he says things) because you actually have info or just want to troll some strangers, at least put in some effort to build up trust

And I say this as someone who thinks the Stevens ship probably sailed, but obviously something around the IU bubble is still fishy related to this hire. Whether that is Stevens or someone else who knows. 

What is fishy? It’s very unusual to make a hire this early. This is par for the course. They’re very likely waiting on a certain coach’s seasons to be over.

How would he do with players who are better at basketball but not as intelligent? How would he do with all the crap that comes with high level recruits?

I would say that if indeed the AD office openly mocks the fans here, I can see why the program is in a mess BUT we are kinda mock-worthy today so I shall embrace....
