I don’t know man, if the app you have doesn’t look like the one I have pictured, then it’s not the right one. I wonder if it’s possible that your provider (direct) isn’t a supported provider? I believe the app startup has a list of cable providers, where you need to choose yours. Possible direct tv not one of them? Try deleting the app and download again. The other thing to mention is the fox sports app won’t just automatically know what subscription you have. I have it on my phone, ipad, apple TV, etc. DirecTV is a supported provider. I stream live sports through that same app all the time.
