Game Day! Fire Up Hoosiers! Beat Eastern Michigan! Been working on my Christmas Wish list...I want a soccer National championship for IU starting with a win against New Hampshire tomorrow—I want a bucket and a bowl for my football Hoosiers starting with a win in West Laffy tomorrow —and I want to see Hartman get a few minutes against Eastern Michigan to work off some rust before Duke —and I want our 3-pointers to start falling at a higher percentage starting today. We have a team full of good shooters and you just know a big 3-point shooting game is coming —might as well start today against a zone team and continue on against Duke. Confidence is big—when they see the threes start dropping—it will become contagious...Final wish is keep improving on D and O and chemistry...that’s my Christmas wish list for now and for me —in God, IU, and Santa —I still believe!

This team is getting better and better as the season goes. No idea where we end up, but the more this team plays and gels together the better. I wont take too much from a game against E. Michigan but Im feeling really good about this team right now.

Definitely improving by the game. Duke will be the game to see how far away we are from being good. Keep it respectable and I’ll be excited about our chances going forward.

Roles are becoming defined and guys are starting to get comfortable in them. It felt like a deliberate game and yet we scored 87 points. We look so much better in the half court and against zone defenses.

Best news of all was to see Collin Hartman back on the floor! He does ALL the little things and some big ones too!

I gotta be honest here. I think i peed myself a little with the coaching. The friggin' Coaching won the game tonight. The changes made at half time, the subs, the defense. I'm going to go have to change my skivvies i'm so happy

The whole game I was thinking how well IU was doing against this zone. What happens when you have a coach that actually knows how to do just that

We're making strides. We took care of the ball better, shot way better, and moved the ball.

I love Durham's game. He just gets it. Newkirk had a great shooting night from deep. Johnson looks like he's clicking (going towards the basket in 3s instead of to the side), McSwain providing garbage man minutes, and Morgan doing all the little things. Davis seemed to really hit the boards later in the second half. He had 3 in 3 trips.

We can't worry about what might happen later in the season. We need worry about the next 4 minutes of basketball and go from there. This team can be an NCAA tourney team but can also be a team that misses the NIT. Minute by minute we need to get better.

Ok, i really don't want to say this. PURELY SPECULATION+++++ Did Juwan get hurt. I remember him landing awkwardly and then a few minutes later he was out of the game and didn't return. I'm worried! Nothing was said but i don't think he came back in after that. Anyone have any insight?
