Guys, I'm telling ya, he isn't hiring no slouch this time.  U can tell by his demeanor that he is goin' top shelf this time around.  He wants Indiana bball back.  Be prepared to be effin' extatic with this hire.

There are only 2 home run hires to be had.  It would probably take a King's ransom to get the first one out of Boston and he's already said no so take him off your list.  Donovan is the only remaining one.  I guess it could happen but I don't see it.  I'm hoping for Marshall but I'd settle for a Miller brother.  Let's all just hope it isn't Alford.

I'm not saying Brad is coming, far from it. But if you read his interview last week, he didn't make it guite as clear as some thinks he did. He says that "he thinks he will ultimately be there" and "he thinks that everyone knows that". Not as definite as some may "think"!

They are just obsessed with IU, makes me laugh how they try to act like we are insignificant but they sit on that site with a thread strictly about IU. Lol

I went to a Purdue board to see what they were saying and this one poster was like "Irrelevant for us. We are the same....we are Purdue." Like yeah dude, that's your problem.

Great job BTB'ers ---the fans and students helped carry the day on this one. Most of us appreciate what Coach Crean did to pull us out of a mess after Sampson but Crean was not able to win consistently enough or get us back to the final 4. I am convinced the fans and students forced the trustees and university to take notice that we expect IU to be returned to glory and we expect IU to be elite again. Now --we need the homerun coaching hire. Give me Donovan or Stevens as the head coach and Dane Fife as the lead assistant and let's call it a day and watch PU and U.K. fans everywhere soil their pants! It's great to be a Hoosier and now it's time to make the program great again. Awake--the sleeping giant of basketball that is IU !

I always admired Mike Davis, and how he conducted himself...except for the time he ran on the court...oh, and when he mysteriously missed a game due to "sickness", but otherwise he was a good guy.  Glad to see him having success, I'm sure Crean will find success at his next stop, too.

I always thought Davis was in over his head but I always liked him. The time he said, "I hate Kentucky" all I thought was...ME TOO!!!

Little brother syndrome is in full effect. They like to talk about how we haven't been "relevant" in 15-20 years while ignoring the fact that our program has still been better than theirs in that time frame.
