For those complaining how we looked throughout the game we just did something we haven't done since the 40s and beat PU 4 times in a row. Also back to back bowls for the first time since 90-91. It's IU football. It's never pretty.

This is all I have seen so far so yes I would say that he is not playing the bowl game.

I read a couple of the articles and all said he would graduate and end his playing career. None suggested this was his final game. Final bucket game yeah but I doubt it is his final game.

Per the article on Indy star he will play in the bowl game and graduate this summer.

Good for him for focusing on his long-term health, but it seems kinda late to start worrying about concussions.. He only had 1 season left. He's probably been playing for 10+ years.. Regardless, best of luck Zander. We weren't always thrilled with the results, but we never doubted that you gave everything you had every time you stepped onto the field.

Tip of the cap to the fans today. They showed up, they stayed, and they made noise. Good weather helped, but it was a great atmosphere.

Congrats to the team for battling back and getting the win. 4 straight buckets, 4 conf. wins, and back to back bowls. Win the bowl game and put the cherry on top.

Congrats to the Football Hoosiers! Just got back home from BTown where I got to watch the Bucket game with my son who is a freshman at IU. Good times!  I remember when my dad used to take me to the stadium and now I am carrying on the tradition with my son.  Making memories and putting another "I" on the chain. It just doesn't get any better than that! Let's go "bowling" Hoosier Nation!
