This just goes to show you why idiots like Herbstreit should never trash a school that has a poor performance in a high pressure game like this....these things happen and it certainly doesn't mean the other team doesn't belong or should never have been included over another team!

That would be pretty crazy. Even crazier is that 2 of their wins were against the previous year's champion and runner up. So it's possible that when this season is over, IU will have IU will have played 2 consecutive years' champions and runners up and would've gone 2-2.

I'm sure Herbstreit is already firing up 'Texas beat two conference champions to get to the semifinals'.

We do need to talk about the fact that in the current format the 5 seed is the best position.....they beat the CFP's #16 and #12 teams to get to the semis.
