Lunardi has had UK as a 1-seed going into every year since Cal's been there and they've ended up a 4-seed or worse four of those seven seasons.

The seeding doesn't even make sense anymore. Win an outright conference title in 2016 and we're a 5-seed. Finish 5th in the conference in 2012 and we're a 4-seed. I would just like us to not be in the same half of the regional bracket as the 1-seed for once, unless we are the 1. You'd also think they'd stop valuing winning the Big 12 considering Kansas has been over-seeded 75% of the time during Self's tenure, but they don't.

I know that Vic and Cody were important recruits in the Tom Crean era but I believe Thomas Bryant will be remembered the most for giving our program the opportunity to be a consistent program. He could be a first round guy, but I'm truly grateful that he gets it and loves being Hoosier . His enthusiasm is contagious .
