Popular Post ccgeneral Posted January 15, 2016 Author Popular Post Posted January 15, 2016 Good read on DD. He had 10 pts. in his return on Wednesday and Overland won 63-44. @jryancasey: De'Ron Davis of @OHShoopSquad is leaving his mark on basketball in Aurora, and CO. @BrockLaue's feature: http://bit.ly/1n2iq3k #copreps Davis is averaging 15 points, 9.3 rebounds, 4.5 blocks, shooting 55 percent from the field and 79 percent from the free throw line. He has a chance at breaking the Colorado record for most career blocks and will likely climb into the top-10 on the career list for rebounds. Hovadipo, maxwell, HoosierAloha and 5 others 8 Quote
GloryDays Posted January 15, 2016 Posted January 15, 2016 Hope we're not making that same last statement next year! I was thinking the same thing. It seems the last few games we've focused on getting the ball to Bryant more. With he and Davis both next year that could prove to be lethal to opposing defenses. ccgeneral, Class of '66 Old Fart, HoosierCoop and 1 other 4 Quote
chitown hoosier Posted January 15, 2016 Posted January 15, 2016 OG/DD/TB...scary BIG and good. I don't care how bad JBJs defense is when we have this combo guarding the post. Coach is putting a scary good team for next year. IUsafety, Crimson and Cream, ccgeneral and 4 others 7 Quote
Brass Cannon Posted January 15, 2016 Posted January 15, 2016 If we continuing being tops in the big ten in defense without JBJ he can't be a starter next year. If he is that will just be another nail in creams coffin. Quote

WayneFleekHoosier Posted January 15, 2016 Posted January 15, 2016 scared of not having TB next year...possibly true. He's not anywhere near ready to contribute in NBA but that doesn't matter. His stock could be high if he finishes strong. NBA love freshman talent. Class of '66 Old Fart and ALASKA HOOSIER 2 Quote

Josh Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 Davis has had multiple technicals this season which is clearly a red flag. I don't know the story on these...was he yelling at refs? Opponents? Hanging on rims? What gives? Quote

He and TB ought to be a hoot. 2 FIERCE competitors with an attitude. that charisma matched with OG's desire and effort proves to be 3/5 of a grit filled, put it in your freaking face, take your lunch and eat too montra for next year.
