Kegler would have been nice and we can get a great guard later---but there are only so many BIG guys around and we put so much into this recruitment. DD is a great addition....but not one and done material so I'm not sure it's meltdown worthy. Trust me. Would love to have him (and for the record I think he chooses IU) but meltdown? Meltdown was for Gary Harris/Trey Lyles...or Oden/Conley. I guess the Noah Vonleh recruitment has changed my mind a bit. We didn't start watching him until the final 90 days and we pulled him in. There will be plenty of talent waiting till the spring for us to pull, but recent trends have shown our spring recruitment can be a bit scary. Quote

At this point losing Davis is less about losing a good player and more an indictment of our ability to recruit. And the Vonleh recruitment was very different. Quote

Not even hedge flips during his MSU official visit. Given the flippant nature of the analyst making picks on there, this is pretty telling IMO. The only two picks for MSU came last week from two MSU analysts.
