Ahhhhh - get over yourselves. At the beginning of the season Indiana had 1 Main Goal - Make the tournament.

Every team that makes the tournament will have to win 5-6 games against quality opponents to win the whole thing. If you get in, you have a chance. Many of you are losing perspective here. I want to be dancing. The future of IU will take care of itself.

I think it's over if UConn wins. If they don't then I think we slide in as the last team in, however I wouldn't bet my life on it. This is the first time in a long time really not knowing when the show comes on at 6:00 if we'll hear our name called or not.

I'll say this, it's going to be a long day.

This is worse than trying to qual for Little 5 at noon. By selection time I'll have bitten my Fingernails to the bone and won't be able to harass Alford Baily with my optimism.

They just talked about IU on ESPN2. They intervied Lunardi and he said that IU is 0-8 vs teams currently projected in the field since 1/22 and that is why he has them out. But he also said that he is probably wrong about IU and left it at that. Then they interviewed crean about why he thought they should be in and he did a pretty shotty job of giving reasons but oh well. Then they got the opinions of the analysts and all of them agreed that we should definitely be in and don't see how a team like Colorado St. would be in over us. Just thought I would post an update.

Na, no lost perspective by people. This aint 2010. This team is very talented. Probably more talent on this roster than half the teams in the Dance. We watched a collapse at the end of the season. We should not by any stretch be a bubble team this year with this talent in this league. Very frustrating end of the season. BTW I think we sneak in.

I agree, to an extent. This team has the ability to shoot lights out and beat anyone in the country. We've seen that team once or twice this year, primarily the Maryland win.

If I'm UK or Duke or Virginia, the last thing I want is to have to face Indiana early in the tournament. Those teams most likely win, but IU actually has the capability to win a game like that because of their shooting.

That being said, it would require a miraculous performance for IU to beat one of those top teams.

I like Jay, he seems like a good guy. I have to agree when this IU team is on they are tuff to beat. We are a couple made last second shots away from being a no brainer tournament team. I hope we are in.
