Resume-wise, nobody deserves it more. Not sure they’ll make it but they’ll get votes.

when they beat MSU, Torvik pointed out that after tonight they’ll be favored in every game until January. Could be among our last unbeatens

That said, Torvik projected them to finish 22-7 and only co-champs of the Sunbelt.  When it all shakes out, they'll more than likely need to win their conference tournament to make the dance.

Lou Carnesecca once said about preparing for College of Charleston/John Kresse something along the lines of, “The 1st thing you need to understand is that you’re about to get out-coached.” St Mary’s/Randy Bennett is the same deal. You may beat them, but they’re gonna be better prepped and have a better plan than you. Bennett’s great.

MAN I am so happy college basketball is back. 

UConn looks really effin good so far (as expected). Ware played pretty darn well against Clingan and Karaban. Got Clingan into foul trouble it looked like, from replays. Was able to successfully shoot over Karaban too. We really need to take advantage of his perimeter skillset this year, it's so unique. If we get Sparks healthy for that game, I'll feel a lot better. Stating the obvious but rebounding and perimeter D will be major keys.
