Zona doing what they do best lately.   Getting beat by higher seeds in the tourney

and I still pick them to go far……..

not next year     Nah I probably will still pick them far

Lol…fwiw, I thought they were second best in the tourney. They were ice cold for about 35min.

I would still bet on Lloyd building a good program there.

Against a solid team, too. They might not win it all, but I haven’t seen a better team this year

It's definitely possible UConn does not win it all, and I hope Purdue loses ASAP. But a Clingan vs Edey match up would be fun to watch. I tend to think UConn would win by 10+ at least. Hopefully PU doesn't play after tomorrow though.

Hurley should take his starters out. That Castle hit looked like it could be a concussion IMO but cameras showed him saying he's fine. This has always been one of his bad tendencies dating back to St Benedicts lol

Yeah but this year I knew better.  Normally teams give you clues during the year and Arizona as good as they were lost games to non tourney teams on the road that they had no business losing to.  At Oregon St, At Stanford and at USC.   Usually if you are a 1 or 2 seed most your losses are to tourney quality teams.  They got me again.   Tomorrow Tenn will get me

I thought Brownell out-coached Lloyd in that game. I’m probably the only one here that didn’t know he was born in Evansville. I guess I never paid attention to his history. Pretty cool for him/them!

This is the first year in forever I didn't pick Arizona to go far, so glad that paid off.

Every March I pick them to go to the Final 4 it seems like, and they always let me down.

Glad I didn't let myself make that mistake again this year.

Bilas also always picks 'Zona to go to the Final Four!

I think they repeat. I haven't seen anyone better or more consistent. I agree they would put double digits on Purdue as long as they don't panic foul Edey every other trip. If Clingan holds Edey 8-10 pts under average there's no way Purdue makes up for it with guard play against UConn's backcourt.

UConn is ridiculous.  This will be the 9th straight tourney game they win by double digits I think

They’re on their own level. The only thing that’s saving the field is that it’s not an NBA format because nobody’s beating those guys 4 of 7,

Caleb Love:  5 of 18 from the field, 0 of 9 from three, 1 assist.  In Arizona's last three losses of the season (USC, Oregon, Clemson) he was 8 of 39 from the field, 1 of 22 from three, and had 5 assists to 12 turnovers.

Someone explain to me how Courtney Green is allowed to officiate this Illinois game. He’s horrible, and I think everyone agrees on that. Officiating must be a bigger boys club than the IU admin.
