Chippy games, dirty play, and general d-bagery seems to follow them like a shadow yet they have a way of coming out looking good or getting away with it. Idk, Howard got butthurt because Wisconsin called a timeout when Howard had his guys pressing down 15 with under a minute left. This stuff follows Wisconsin for sure, but this one is 100% on Juwan Howard for being a raging d-bag imo. Hope he pays dearly for it. johnsoniu, craigyv88, jk34 and 2 others 5 Quote

Hoosierfan2017 Posted February 20, 2022 Posted February 20, 2022 Howard should’ve slapped him harder. Quote

Debatable with fair points on both sides. Could he for cause? Absolutely. I just can’t see them going all the way, but I could definitely see him getting shut down for the rest of the year. Quote

He's certainly not a first time offender when it comes to post-game incidents and it should carry a significant penalty. Hovadipo, craigyv88 and WayneFleekHoosier 3 Quote

I don't think he gets fired either although it would be interesting to see what would happen if he wasn't a Michigan alum. Hovadipo 1 Quote
Woodsonshump Posted February 20, 2022 Posted February 20, 2022 Howard is a thug, has a track record of being such. Fire him and just like any other NCAA violation, slap a show cause on him as to why he should ever get another coaching job. Quote
Class of '66 Old Fart Posted February 20, 2022 Posted February 20, 2022 “Juwan Howard has not apologized for anything that happened,” tweeted Michael Cohen of the Detroit Free Press. “Said he was upset about Wisconsin calling a timeout late in the game. He expressed that frustration to Greg Gard. Howard said Gard touched him during the postgame line and he felt the need to defend himself.” I mean Greg Gard is like Andre the Giant and poor Juwan a clone of Pee Wee Herman. I can't stop laughing! Hovadipo, OliviaPope40, MikeRoberts and 1 other 1 3 Quote

I can't stop laughing! Didn’t he say something like that last time when he went after Turgeon? that’s a funny answer from him because He is like twice the size of Gard, but also because he didn’t hit Gard and also because he threw the punch way after he was separated from Gard. Hovadipo Posted February 20, 2022 Posted February 20, 2022 Who the heck agreed to this? Being a fired revenue-generating-sport coach is the best job in the world, followed closely by an employed one. WayneFleekHoosier 1 Quote
Hoosier Guy Posted February 20, 2022 Posted February 20, 2022 Howard had his team full court pressing for no reason. The game was over. He’s got no one to blame but himself. Little ***** boy HoosierHoops1 and MikeRoberts 2 Quote
HoosierAloha Posted February 20, 2022 Posted February 20, 2022 There isn't justification for what Howard did. At the same time, there is no reason for Gard to have been pushing Howard's arm. It's odd that these things follow certain teams. You could follow this up the chain. Coaches should control their players, the Big 1.o should control their coaches and the level of physicality allow in games. While this wasn't directly related to physicality, I'm a little impressed most players have kept their composure in most games this season. Deserthoozier and Banksyrules 1 1 Quote

HoosierInParadise Posted February 20, 2022 Posted February 20, 2022 All Howard did was act on the same emotions every coach, player, and fan have after playing Wisconsin. I have wanted to do that to my TV for the last decade playing them....Sent from my SM-F926U1 using BtownBanners mobile app Deserthoozier and Banksyrules 1 1 Quote
