Demo Posted December 16, 2019 Posted December 16, 2019 So, Marcus Carr just put a million on OSU in the 2nd half and they flat refused to run a double or trap at him? Maybe a couple of folks ‘round here can put off the canonization of Chris Holtmann for at least a bit longer. southsidehoosier, HoosierHoops1, Feathery and 2 others 4 1 Quote

HoosierAloha Posted December 16, 2019 Posted December 16, 2019 Not that it will matter but Wesson has about 4 fouls since he picked up his 4th foul. Can’t believe he didn’t get called for any of them on the road Sent from my iPhone using BtownBannersI am glad u think so as well. Stromboli Posted December 16, 2019 Posted December 16, 2019 So someone on reddit calculated the odds of this B1G home win streak happening, based on the combined chance of win percentage. It’s 0.45/1000. Insane. HoosierAloha, mamasa, thebigweave and 1 other 4 Quote

I know I am old and back in the day these things wasn't taken as serious but also dont remember very many players staggering off the court like a NFL player either. Anyone have a opinion on this?Sent from my SM-G960U using BtownBanners mobile app BGleas 1 Quote

cthomas Posted December 16, 2019 Posted December 16, 2019 Bobby Wilkerson got KO'ed in the championship game in '76 and I think spent the night in a hospital. If I recall correctly, he didn't return to Bloomington with the team but returned later. But you are absolutely right that it wasn't a common occurrence or at least wasn't diagnosed. Probably more of the latter. BottomLine, Napleshoosier, coonhounds and 2 others 5 Quote

Uspshoosier Posted December 16, 2019 Posted December 16, 2019 I think it's a fairly weird freak event. Current streak is 13 games over 8 game days. Closest in my database is 11 straight over 6 game days in 2011. Also 5-day streaks in 2013 (9 games) and 2014 (8 games).Bart TorvikTalking about the B1G home winning streak.
