1) That 2nd half was s**t from a butt. That’s on us. 

2) The officiating was so bad that DDV needs to go on a warpath bad enough to get suspended for the MSU game.

Tucker loves shooting logo 3s except for when there's 1.1 seconds left and we're inbounding from the backcourt? He tries to draw a foul with 1.1?

Can't recall the last time I've seen a team piss away a game so badly.

Selling the rest of my tickets for this year. Thought it would be great day vs Mich St but now I don’t want to ruin my birthday. WOW this sucks!

Same, I’ve had my moments but this was a dagger for sure. It’s depressing. And I get the whole football thing, but for us fans that don’t really get into it…this is what we have to look forward to, a bad basketball team. Again I go back to NW being 11-16 and 3-13 in conference play…this is a must win game no matter all the metrics and what not. You have to win games like that and move on to tougher opponents and fight to snag a few you shouldn’t. And now we are losing games we should win…not good

This team and program is just pathetic. It's absolute joke. And I don't want to hear crap about "it'll only be a Q2 loss." It's Northwestern. A NW team that is 4 games under .500. They garbage. They are practically Purdue football. We just lost to Purdue football.

This is all on Coach Devries.  He's been too passive all year.  The team plays that way, and the officials don't give IU any respect.

Here was when the tide turned: we're up 44-33, play 30 seconds of great defense to forced a missed shot, nobody blocks out Martinelli and he gets an easy putback.
