Fortunately they missed at the rim so the guys can feel they closed out the last 90 seconds in decent fashion. But twice I have watched Tucker slack on help when there's no need to stay home on his matchup.

As much as I want to rail on the defense, Milwaukee has made some difficult shots this evening.  Lets see if it keeps up in the second half.

I realize this is a very “obvious” comment but…….the difference in our offense, compared to the past 8 years, is staggering. Just the complete opposite of virtually everything we used to do. LOVE IT!

Last year over 32 games we attempted 632 3-pt. shots (made 32%).  This season in 2 1/2 games we've attempted 66 and have made 33 (50%)

First half observations from me: 

• The court is definitely a shade darker than the first game. Looks nice. 
• Very happy we have Enright on this team. 
• I am officially Concerned™ about Bailey in the B10... he is just not very strong. 
• Sisley wanted the ball so bad on his 2nd three... loved to see him nail it. He has a big role on this team.
• Dorn looks like he can be a solid rotation player once he gets back up to game speed. I liked the little we've seen so far.
• Defense and rebounding have a looooong way to go. We're gonna need to win shootouts, kinda a lot, this year IMO.
• Milwaukee has a good coach. He's managing the game pretty well
• Loved seeing DDV rip into guys on the sidelines. Good to have a real coach again.

I trust DDV to help the team improve throughout the year but we do look pretty limited in terms of strength/athleticism IMO

Raby - Indiana scored 56 first-half points vs. Marquette on Sunday. IU has 51 tonight first half vs. Milwaukee. IU shot 64% (9-for-14) from 3 in the first half vs. Milwaukee.  IU didn't make nine 3s in a game its first 13 games last year.

Fun to watch. Love the ability to shoot the 3, ball movement on offense, ability to go to the bucket, ball spacing, screens, back doors oh my! This Milwaukee team is supposed to win their conference. And has thrown up a bunch of prayers and hit. But wow, it is so awesome to actually want to watch an Indiana men’s game. Haven’t felt this way since early 2000s.
