Holy guacamole…

The Indiana Football Hoosiers just got a FIRST PLACE VOTE in the coaches poll after week 6.

Good god.

I see Cig is one of the voters.  Are you allowed to vote for your own team or did we get that vote from Lanning?

Both PSU and Illinois drop out. And it's absolutely maddening to see so many SEC schools in the top 25.  That conference isn't what it is perceived. Ole Miss is not a top 10 school. Bama is not a top 10 school. And half of the SEC would struggle in the Big Ten while the other top half would lose multiple times against the BigTen's top half.

This is IU's highest ranking in the AP poll ever. Are those 3 1st place votes a first as well?

Oregon got hammered in the polls. They dropped 5 and 7 spots in the AP and coaches polls, respectively. Even though they put them at #3, that still feels like a shot at IU. Or maybe it was more of a knock against PSU.

Think it’s more they got manhandled at home and have no good wins.

I’m less concerned with our position and more wondering who the hell contributed to the 15 1st place Miami votes.

I'm ashamed of Nicole Auerbach, robot Rece I wouldn't expect anything less.

Alex Taylor, Stephen Means, Steven Johnson: Never Daunted

This "person" has IU 5th below Bama. I assume this is that podiatrist Finebaum's brother.

Yeah, believe it or not Ralph (who at least used to manage the entire AP Poll before going to The Athletic) contributed to the IU Oregon recap this morning with an entire “Oregon might suck, actually” section.

Personally, I'm ok with the mantra that "everyone else sucks" and IU keeps winning.
