Rourke is the best IU quarterback since: _______.

For me, I think he’s the best I’ve seen during my IU fandom. Penix obviously went on to kill it at Washington, but injuries kept him from ever fully putting it together at IU.  Rourke is completing 74% of his passes and is consistently slinging it down field.

Interesting to follow him on the Heisman watch. Especially after this weekend. He's GOOD!

If Rourke continues on this pace he owes a ton to Borstadt.

Our O line has consistently kept Rourke clean all year.

Agree! Never thought I'd see the day, where IU football is big and physical in the trenches. On both sides of the ball.

Makes zero sense

Yup, USC has the LSU win and I think it might be a precursor of what’s gonna happen if they end up 11-1. They’re gonna be  passed over for some 2-loss SEC team and the rationale will be that if Nebraska and Michigan are your best wins you didn’t beat anybody. The fact that you hammered all of them will become irrelevant.

Randle El.  It's been that long for a miserable sod like myself.

I probably missed this posted elsewhere, but J Walker has an injured shoulder/arm…nothing definitive yet I guess.  Cig said that he’s had other injuries where medical staff said he was questionable, but he played.  Glad we have the bye week now.

Kamara in an interview said Walker wouldn't miss another game because of it.

How about the $500,000 boost to the staff pool that came with our 6th win? Goes into effect on Jan 1, 2025. Huge for the program and could keep a few guys from making the jump.

Thought I read that they could be getting additional boosts if they meet certain goals like making the playoff. Is that correct?

I would think that every win from here on out is lining the staffs’ pockets. I imagine a CFP berth would bring some massive bonuses. I’m sure all of Cig’s bonuses are outlined in the Osterman article from when he was hired.
