This is the thing:  I posted about him deleting posts to remove references to Danny Wolf coming to IU.  The point of me doing that had nothing to do with Wolf and everything to do showing that he is still lurking on this board.  Looks like he took the bait.

Also looks like he also is responding to the poster here (don't recall who) who had innocently asked if Ya had indeed coached Rice.

The poster asking if Ya coached Rice previously would be this guy. Just asking a question becuase I had no idea. I’m taking right swings from the dude and I’m asking a question that I legit have no knowledge of. woof.  If Rice liked Ya so much as a coach Rice should already be a Hoosier…..:but here we are

We're all thinking it.  That would be a very young team.  Queue up the pre-recorded excuse now.

Already have the "it's a new team" sometimes stated as "still getting to know each other" excuse built it. That was used for 75% of this past season so no reason to think we won't hear it again next year.

I think we lead for the Evansville kid too.

The Evansville kid makes sense.    Watched some video of him.  Some similarities to MM in where he scores and the way he moves.

I know some thought that MM looked too 'mechanical', but the truth is that was probably because people were expecting a McD's boy to move differently.  Some of the best players are very deliberate movers.  Players that are smart, deliberate movers are some of the hardest players to start because they have the vision to see where the play is and one they see it they commit to it.  MM was getting better at that part of the game toward the end of the year -- at the beginning of the year he struggled there and got blocked a few times.  I am expecting next year you are going to see MM see the floor even better and those 'mechanical' moves are going to be adding in some euro steps, jump stops, etc.

Humrichous has the same type of movement but is a really experienced player and sees the floor very well.  Shoots the ball very, very well.  He can play alongside Reneau and MM as he isn't going to clog the lane.  Can't get stuck on the fact that he played NAIA ball before up transferring to Evansville last year.  Watch him on video -- the shot is pure and it's not just catch and shoot shots or ones that are in rhythm or wide open.

Oh believe me, it's not you that is the issue.

Hard to see him leave California. I get the feeling the James family likes to stay together.

Plus if there’s any kid that’s married to a shoe family, it’s probably Bronny. Don’t see him leaving the swoosh.
