I’d be pretty surprised if he decided to sign with a team having to rebuild their whole roster and w/ a new head coach. Kid is going to have all the options in the world to choose from

Yeah I get that part, but aren't we top 5ish in NIL then the bidding war part just wouldn't be true.

I don’t think anyone knows where we  stand within the P5 now, can assume top 15%. Big East schools not having to share with football also makes a difference.

Either way, my general point was that he’s  going to get a number that would negate any competitive advantage we may or may not have in NIL. Probably 20 teams that’d offer what we could and all with significantly more stable lineups/coaching situations.

RE: Certified Sunshine Pumper:

I agree with most of his posts, not all, but in every case his newest avatar has made an irrational difference in my perception of his posts. :)

Since switching to the Coach Cig avatar all of his posts seem more authoritative/informative/reasoned/direct/knowledgeable etc.   The “Cig effect” is great but sometimes I miss the water pump..LOL

Jalen Shelly, USC F, 6'8".  Didn't play much (2 ppg, 1.5 rpg), but was ranked 72nd in the class of 2024.

Lucas Taylor, Syracuse, 6'5" guard.  21.6 mpg, 6 ppg, 2.4 rpg.  45/37/84.

Xavier Amos, Wisconsin, 6'7" forward.  Rotational player at Wisky, 9.7 mpg, 3.5 pts, 1.8 rebounds.

DD is going to put a stylistically different line-up out there than what he did at WVU. Both teams tonight have 3 guards that are interchangeable at the point of attack. TD as that 3rd guard with his size is underrated defensively with his switchability. Wilkerson is a great add in this scenario. I hope we go get another just like him. Rodney Rice would be great. There's a long list of them out there.

I’d love to see us put an Auburn style press in our play book.  I thought that was bada$$ed! Or was that Houston?  The one from the baseline…..

Why? did he commit somewhere else? Figured we were working on bigger fish but would offer him at some point.

Briscoe has a visit to Kent State and is working on setting up visits to Duquesne and College of Charleston.  Looks like his level of offers is lowering since he decommited from Iowa.
