Employers in the real world don't wait months to fire people who are doing a lousy job. Of course, that's the real world and this is IU basketball. Here is my suggestion and I know this is far fetched and will receive backlash from about everyone and we know Dolson won’t fire him during the season. But hypothetically if Dolson fires him today after that performance, we could hire Dane Fife back to run the show as interim coach then hire a good coach after the season with Fife being the top assistant. Every game he is on the sidelines is time wasted.
