What is complete bs is being called guilty until proven innocent. He was not convicted in a court of law. I am guessing you had the duke lacrosse guys and guilty and ready to sentence on day one without a trial. I almost guarantee you did. Who needs a trial when you can just run on what someone else claims happened.

With us already missing on may and most likely stevens he could of let the PROCESS play out and begged like heck for year five. Kathy should have told him to hold off on the "retirement". He ended up being his own worse enenmy not letting the " process" play out. Instead we will probably hire bronwell and the king will be enraged.

That said, in both cases I think rivalry performance is revealing. Archie obviously knew on some intellectual level of the rivalry. His teams never played PU like the game mattered to him or them much, aside from the Haarms tip-in loss, maybe. Conversley Woody’s record against Purdue shows he gets it — but it’s damning about how he failed to capitalize on his team’s talent in too many other games. craigyv88, coonhounds and skhoosier2 3

With whether he can be proven to have committed a crime. Regardless of your stance on DV, there were mitigating circumstances which made it difficult to prove criminal activity beyond a reasonable doubt. Both things can be true and the powers that be can decide it's not a look the university wants at this point.
