These are the kind of updates that have me constantly refreshing the thread. Thank you, Pudman.

Ha! Of course. I just happen to be walking home from work. It’s a nice walk from the office, living up by Lake Griffey. But, there will be no more updates from me today on the parking lot saga.

Had to hide a bunch of posts that solely went after a particular poster that apparently annoys a bunch of y'all.   ;)

A reminder:

  • Acceptable: "That post you just made is obnoxious, false, and stinks like @Uspshoosier's work shoes after a double shift."
  • NOT acceptable: "We should launch you into a bad place because you bug the **** out of me."

So criticize the post, not the poster.

If those guidelines are not followed? The posts from the guy that's bugging you will fall within the rules and remain, but your posts insulting him will not. Capiche?

Sounds like some posters need cleaner mouths

Someone said it before but, we grossly underestimate how difficult it is to hire a top tier coach. It is REALLY tough. I'm tempering my expectations but, I'll hope for the sun, moon and stars.

It seems, at minimum, two top tier guys are backchanneling IU ( Few and Beard), so it appears the landscape has changed with IU's NIL budget being a huge draw.

Baloney.  Lawyers can tidy this up in a matter of hours if both clients want it to end.  HOWEVER, if one client is being difficult it drags out like it is.  And we all know who that client is.

Dolson's other option, which should be taken at this point, IMHO, is to go by the contract and fire him.  F the payout.  In fact, tell him it's for cause -- sucking so bad -- and to "sue me" for the buy out.

Kicking and screaming!

He likely wants to milk iu for every dime he can get before he leaves and never returns.

I didn't see anyone say he or his people should have a special place in hell but of course could've missed that in the sea of posts lol.

Yeah okay, it's your opinion / conjecture that it shows a true character or lack thereof lol.

We're in a new era ... The norms many of us grew up with around what's considered polite / civil / "good form" / respect for authority, etc. are changing. People want him gone for his poor job performance and myriad of other valid reasons.

Sorry if people talking about those reasons on a free message board is upsetting to you my friend. He will be gone soon enough :)

Not upset at all. And thanks for the lesson on what social media has become.

Actually, feel bad for the person who has to stoop to making those kinds of comments. Almost like they have nothing intelligent to offer to the discussion, so why not say those kind of things. And, even sadder still, the person who made those comments did grow up when people cared what was polite, civil, or in good form.

The poor job performance should be the only thing Woodson is judged on. All the myriad other reasons are only valid as opinion.
