Listened to the Torres podcast...says he thinks a lot of big names will want this job due to our NIL resources alone and its a more attractive job than people like to act like it is. Tosses out Stevens, Donovan, Beard, May.

he's too busy winning hardware at IU to have a keyboard in front of him for more than 5 minutes :)  Something I wish we could say for IU Basketball(IU Football already on their way to getting more and more hardware with Cig)

Is he going to be pushed out?  Yes.  That is also tough.

The team will then be well coached and win? Yes.  They will miraculously get over the hump.   Not tough to figure all this out. 

Except vetting and selecting a coach that is a winner is a process...  Dolson did it with the excellent FB coach who is a winner.  Because Cignetti is experienced, knowledgeable, a leader, a winner, and tough.)

I think for IU AND for Dusty May IF Brad Stevens is going to be the coach because a deal is already worked out I would announce the retirement and Stevens as next coach before Saturday’s tip off. That way the atmosphere is all for IU and not spent chanting we want Dusty because you know it will happen if Stevens isn’t announced.

Do you think Stevens would be okay with that?   I'm not sure he would agree to that, if he's the one.
