I am thinking the fans will show some love for Dusty....some because he is wanted as our next coach, some just because he was a part of the program....either way, gotta rub the Wood the wrong way....lets hope he at LEAST shakes hands with Dusty

If there were 10 million seats in AH if that guy was the coach I’m confident all 10 million would be filled

Can you imagine the home court advantage? Something to think about…

with CMW at the helm? phew, he may run out the door on his how instead of shaking hands post game due to all the boos that might reign down

Winning will unite the fanbase. That is true whether it's Brad Stevens, Dusty May, Mick Cronin, Chris Beard, Ben McCollum, or someone that no one has yet considered.

A few names would generate immediate excitement and win the press conference and national media attention, but even those names would need to consistently win to make (almost) everyone happy.

Well said!  Winning is all that matters!  Now on with the retirement show!

In Woodys head the fans will only be chanting “we want Dusty” because Woody already announced his retirement so IU needs a new coach.

I’m very happy, but not surprised, that they are making the move today as I didn’t think Dolson/Pam/donors/BOT would want the Michigan game optics of “Fire Woodson” chants in combination with Dusty being in the building. The timing of the UM game was perfect for “encouraging” the powers to act.

How childish would that be on Woodson’s part if he didn’t?  If IU loses, I bet there is a strong chance he won’t!

There something happening here.  What it is ain't exactly clear...

Battle lines being drawn.

Nobody's right if everybody's wrong.

After yesterday's firestorm seems quite apt.

I feel some responsibility with what I posted out of frustration and for that I apologize.
