You won’t even wait for the next coach to prove that he is a lazy narcissist that speaks in the third person, hires a corpse as an assistant, can’t coach, won’t recruit, proclaims himself to be the king (despite having a terrible record), whines to the AD that you hurt his feelings when you boo him, wants to run an antiquated offense and defense, questions your fandom, celebrates losses with cigars, vino, and a round at Pebble Beach, refuses to hold any players accountable, and pisses away $6M on a team that needs more time to play together before they can be expected to lose by less than 20 to inferior teams before you want him fired.
 

Why would anyone want to coach in this pressure cooker?

They seem to don’t mind the pressure at UNC and Duke.  It’s way worse here when it comes to scummy behavior. Look I said this before but a lot of schools did their own investigations on Beard and many don’t want to go there.  When you go to UNC , Kansas, etc you also have protect the brand.   There are a lot of talented coaches out there, we just need to do a better job identifying them.
