The “compromise” by Dolson to let this go down this way saved us some good cash on the buyout. Lot of litigation today. Make no mistake about it, this was not Woody’s decision to retire.

This is what's missing with the NIL! Too much money given to kids (and their family) with little accountability! These kids were given this money because of there talent, past resume'/performances and future potential. Once these kids get this money or benefits from it, many of them most likely don't know how to handle it/manage it while still trying to put a productive product on the floor every game.

Exactly, to coach at the D1 college level you have to have thick skin, we Woodson doesn’t!  He kind of acts like an entitled spoiled brat.  “Mommy make them stop calling names”!

Exactly and I think that is what happened to Galloway!  Maybe the need to take a money management class or behavioral class.  I thought the NBA does something like that for rookies but not sure

Holy hell we've all been going through this on here for awhile. I personally am entering the anxiety zone. Which I can handle, but at certain point it leads to chronic m*********n instead of meds. Also which I can obviously handle. It's just my coworkers and others who may be put off by this. So, for the sake of others someone please. HEAR SOMETHING!!

The rev share contracts have much more structure than NIL, which should help, but I have not seen a rev share contract yet to get the details.  The rev share contracts will be publicly available since it's public schools paying out the money.  Some journalist just needs to do a request for the contracts (FOIA) and we'll get a look...

Agree.  People get worked up about death threats, but 99.99% of them aren't credible, and it's rare to even know who sent them -- could be an IU fan or some outsider just looking to stir things up for laughs.  I could send one off right now, it would take 30 seconds.  Public figures must get crazy emails 24/7, even I get a few from time to time and I am nobody.

No college coach has ever been killed by a fan, no one cares that much, and fan confrontations are extremely rare, because no one cares that much.

Unless Woody is walking around Bloomington with security, I don't believe it's anything serious.  If it were serious, something as unserious as "booing" wouldn't be on the agenda either.

This is most likely Woody making a mountain out of a mole hill to complain and garner sympathy.  He just can't accept he sucks and he hates the fans for seeing it.

Just that we don't know anything and that the process won't start for 6 weeks. Kathy will let us know when it has started. So just concentrate on other things till then.

Circling back to the threats post from last night, have you heard anything about this supposed meeting with MW and the real Scott Dolson? I am starting to think the meeting occured between MW and ScottDolsonsBurner!

The burner posted the death threat, which may be BS.He is also the one who posted about the meeting with the AD on booing which could also be BS.
