I don't see how Kansas beating an NIT team is better than beating the #1 team. Purdue just looks like the best team in the nation. Not super close either.

We’re 25 years removed from anything resembling a great program. 

It actually started around the 96-97 season when we stopped being a consistent winner. We still made the tournament but wasn't a real  high seed and lost in the first round 4 out of 6 seasons after the 94 sweet 16 team.

Ya well can’t do anything about it now. Not too sure why we keep bringing it up. The team we have is the team we have. And believe me I agree with you 100 percent.
