Don’t know if this had been addressed (this thread is over 130 pages), and it’s really not a huge deal, but I was sorta curious: Anyone know if there’s a significance to the No. 30?

30th HC for IUFB but technically he's 30.5 or 31st? In 1894 there were co-head coaches.

Rumor has it they’re replacing the giant flag pole in Memorial Stadium with a huge cigarette that lights up and releases smoke every time the Hoosiers score a touchdown.

Ala the ending of Cold Turkey.

And that's how you get Indinia jerseys

The attention to detail shows they take pride in their work and care about making their customers look good. Oh, wait..

Coach Cig was on Fisch's pre-game bball show and said they have a lot of silent verbal commitments from players currently preparing for bowl games.

I'm sure some of the fans that yearn for the simpler, cleaner time in sports that never really was will not like this but I'm glad IU is finally being proactive in trying to land transfers.

That they're in bowl games says they're coming from programs that can win which should help the culture.

Coach Cig was shaking hands and kissing babies for 2 hours in SSAH today.

I guess he starts the recruiting early. I like the confidence that he'll be coaching when those babies are college students.
