I couldn’t watch everything but was our energy and effort good tonight? Seems good that we are able to sweep our rival, Illinois and Michigan. Love me some Woody

I give him credit. I was questioning him in mid-January. He and his staff have turned it around. Someone else just said it on Twitter. If I'm Woodson I'm showing any point guard who has hopes of playing in the NBA Jalen's footage from this game. IU has won 10/13. Let's finish strong at home!!!

For the most part, didn't fold with everything that comes with Big 1.o "road environments."

Galloway brought the energy. I think Smith kinda taunting IU at the beginning kinda open some eyes.

Which is the best game plan to beat them. I thought Loyer had another in the first that was wide open we missed in rotation. Happy Gillis or Morton didn't hit one. Our FT defense was on point too.

The coaching staff was great tonight. We didn't let Smith or Loyer get many open looks from 3 and ran them off the line largely, and we mostly doubled off Morton, Gillis, Furst and Jenkins.

I thought our defense and energy were phenomenal.  Galloway was amazing on both ends.  Race is trusting his leg more and his athleticism is coming back.  TJD looked a little out of sorts and I noticed his hands around his back again.  Hope he gets some good rest and treatment the next couple of days.

I didn't like Smith getting to the rim early. Although, if it's either Edey posting or Smith driving you're taking the latter 10/10 time. I feel this is going to be the reason we lose in the tourney. TJD is fantastic protecting the rim but giving up all those O rebounds isn't sustainable.

Another interesting factoid. This win ensures that Woodson will finish his second year no worse than .500 in big ten career record. A feat Crean and Archie never accomplished.

Regardless, both Crean and Archie made and make a lot of money and feel very comfortable walking to the bank.

Newton/Cupps aren’t in the same stratosphere as JHS.

No, Hood-Schifino’s mental and physical maturity are unusual. He is exceeding the expectations most would have had for him. But, I’ve watched both of those kids a lot, and I’ll say this: Cupps has an exceptional understanding of the game and is a rare competitor and Newton has stuff that flat can’t be taught. They’re gonna be terrific players.

1 seeds are going to be wanting them to be in their bracket as the 2 or 3 seed.

I think a 7 seed like UK or Arkansas knocks them out in the second round. They need an NBA like wing on their team. Smith/Loyer/Morton aren't good enough. Jaden Ivey makes this team a title contender. They really miss him.
