Everyone talking about the foul situation so far in this BTT and I understand the frustration. However, IU is way too handsy on defense and that's likely the main reason for the disparity.

Maybe they are but I’ve watched a lot of B10 games this year and during the tournament and they aren’t anymore handsy than Illinois, Michigan State, Purdue etc…

I remember I missed IU and Kentucky one year because of a a stupid K-201 midterm.  Midterm was dumb in a number of levels

For the UK game it's a travesty the prof didn't move the exam. I feel like the scores had to be markedly lower on that day.

With Iowa’s perimeter game, i do hope to see Galloway and Rob early. The starting lineup, undoubtedly the same, needs to come out fully engaged, active and extending defensively.
X has it going - that’s encouraging

Something has to give today.  Their offense vs our defense.  Which will get the best of the other team? They say their defense is much improved but our offense seems to have gotten better lately.  I still think Trayce is a major mismatch against them but they’ll play that zone to try to slow him down.  Even though we are a 6 point underdog, I think we’ll have a bigger crowd behind us and it will help us stay close.  If we win this one, I think that will make us a 10 seed, I like being a 7-10 vs an 8-9, IMO

Seems like we are legitimately playing like we are trying to prove that we are a good basketball team. Better late than never! Iowa is a bad match up for us with their 3 point shooting but I think we shut them down today to continue our momentum.
