2 alphas plus some ref help beat a bunch of betas. Galloways 3 point looks at the end prove the point from the other day. You need a capable shooter at the guard spot. Then X can’t shoot either. Or race. Or Trayce. Maybe Kopp can but he doesn’t get open looks. Terrible.

Wiscy feels good if Davis or Davison has the ball at crunch time. We don’t have a “go-to” at the 1, 2, or 3 at crunch time. We don’t have a crunch time guy that can hit it from the three or that can take it to the basket. A glaring hole.

I hate being so negative but I am convinced we are going to continue to hit new lows. I’m fully supportive of woody and this staff but I think this program is irrevocably broken.

i was convinced after the Penn state loss the tournament was a long shot but then the month of January was a nice surprise. February and March are back to reality for what it’s like to support IU.

I sorry but we had to have someone else on Davis. IU finished 1of10 from the field on there last 10 shots. They are what they are like the Bad News Bears.I hope to see a lot of new faces on the team next year . We really miss Robs D I think we win a couple of the games we lost if we had him healthy.

Is there any worse combination of fandom than being a Colts and IU basketball fan this year? I can’t be the only one feeling sorry for myself

I'm an IU fan, a Dolphins fan, and Padres fan.  So yes, there is a worse combination.

Sheesh the amount of blame on the refs makes this fanbase just embarrassing.

No one is saying it was just the refs. We didn’t deserve to win. But it’s frustrating when everything has to go perfect for us to win and we get homered on our own floor.

I just don't get it.  They invented a review rule on one end and made up a continuation rule on the other.

Yes, we made mistakes.  We aren't good enough to beat Wisky and the refs.  Wisky gets 29 free throws and IU....four from players not named Jackson Davis.  And two of those four were on a flagrant one foul that they didn't even call a foul in real time.

Seriously, IU fouled 25 times and Wisky 16?

Refs were horrible. I hate ref blame, but they screwed us at about every key moment. Even the idiot espn guys were saying the refs were unbelievably bad.

What a kick in the nuts.

I just backed things up to our final possession -- puzzling to say the least.

Nineteen seconds left and the ball stayed on the same spot on the court for 10 seconds. Then with 9 seconds to go, P-Stew launches some shot that had no chance of going in. Plenty of time to move it around. Instead, everything was packed onto that one spot on the court -- made it very easy for Wisky to defend.

And that came after a timeout.

I like Woodson but at the end of the day no other high major team would have even given him an interview. There’s a reason why. First college is different than NBA and second he wasn’t that great in the NBA

He did pretty solid at a young age at a terrible D1 program. He’s learned under Izzo. He’s an IU guy!

All it takes is to be an IU guy to land the job these days!

So do you want him to be coach or with that last comment are you being sarcastic?

As far as your “it only takes being an IU guy” comment…..Didn’t we offer a non-IU guy 10,000,000 a year?

Wouldn't have mattered. Nobody on this team has the lateral quickness to stay in front of him.

Among other things, we need better, quicker athletes.
