Ugh. That's all I need.

Not only do I see that we've likely lost Queen (though I didn't really expected to get him anyway), but I have to see a gif of Scott Van Pelt.

I don't know what it is about that guy, but I absolutely detest Scott Van Pelt.

He chose IU after my predictions so it is still a win even if he decommits

You can't just "Decommit" once you sign a letter of intent as McNeely has. IU has to let him out of the LOI or he sits out a year. Without a coaching change, it is very rare for players to ask out of their letter no matter how bad a season the team you are going to has.

If this happens, would be very unusual and would be a another black eye on program (as if program does not have enough of this already) as bad performances very rarely make kids want out.

Of course if their is a coaching change as many want but seems unlikely, than all bets are off and wanting out of his LOI would not be unusual.

How would holding a kid in purgatory fare for future recruiting? If a kid asks out of his LOI I can see it being very bad for the staff if they don't honor the request.

MM had signed with Duke and got out of his LOI

It’s probably a good thing because Woodson would try to play Reneau with Queen. Now that’s not an option

He'll just go after 2 bigs in the portal to replace Ware and Walker.
