Sure hasn't been easy lol...

But I think we've knocked on the door all season vs good teams.

Just hope we don't run out of gas and hit a wall tomorrow, or game one in the Dance.

But color me happy in year one of Woody.

So Archie

  • never beat PU
  • never beat MI
  • never won 2 games in the B10T
  • never made the Dance....

That's some good stuff from Woody in year 1

Archie was 2-23 against Purdue, Michigan, Ohio State and Wisconsin....

Woody has already won 3 games against that bunch

It'd be nice to get payback on them, but I never feel comfortable with Wisconsin.  They seem to always have some random scrub go off against us; or Davidson puts down his walker to torch us.

But..... It would be some really, really good icing on the cake to smack Wisconsin -- I really, really can't stand Wisconsin...

Oh it would.  Just always feels like they could pull a fat guy from the nose bleed section and have him score 30 against us.

I get it. But I haven't felt comfortable vs PU or Michigan in 5 years either lol.

As long as we're not playing them in Madison, we'd have a shot IMO.

We haven't been able to feel comfortable against the cellar dwellers in 5 years.  Madison always seems to be a house of horrors.

I'd rather play Wiscy in Indy than Iowa or PU to be honest lol...

Doubt Wiscy advances to the finals to be honest.

But would be nice.

I’m sure I’ll be mad at any future loss, but we’re hopefully in the big dance and any thing beyond that for this season is gravy.

I wish I could be as confident as you, but I don't see them taking 9 B10 teams.

Heck yes we are in.  If they only take 8 teams, Michigan is the odd team out, IMO. Our team has been highly competitive with every team on our schedule and we can compete with any team in the country despite our record.  Again, yes we are in.

We have 20 wins with neutral court wins over ND, UM, and Illinois, and wins against OSU and Pudroo.

And no terrible losses.

Rutgers and Michigan both have many excellent wins, but Rutgers is 18-13 with two horrible, awful losses, and Michigan is 17-14 and lost to us in a game that was nationally advertised as a play-in game.

We.
Are.
In.

Probably not.  if I was a Michigan or Rutgers fan I would be sweating on Sunday

Agreed...

IU (41) is way ahead of Rutgers (77) already in Net even before today's outcome.

If MSU (37th) loses to Wiscy, good chance IU (41) jumps them tonight.
